The holiday-house is a well-equipped all the year round residence at 85 m2. The house is fully equipped for 6 persons.

The house consists of living-room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and utility room.

The kitchen is well-equipped, electric ceramic cooker, hot-air oven, refrigerator with small freezer, coffee urn, and dining alcove accommodating 8 people. Dishtowels and dishcloths available.

The bedroom1 contains 1 double bed and 2 berths.

The bedroom 2 contains 1 double bed.

The living-room is fitted up with a corner sofa with seats for the whole family, coffee table, a two-seater sofa and 1 rocking-chair. Beyond this the living-room contains 1 sofa bed with possibility of making a bed for 2 people..

The living-room also contains a wood-burning stove (with free use of firewood), radio and television set with parabolic reflector for German channels and various games.

The very spacious bathroom is with shower.

Utility room is with dishwasher, dryer and a washing machine.

Beyond all this there is a covered terrace with good garden furniture and free run to a large garden. Feel free to use barbecue.
